Orders

We deliver to the United Kingdom Including BFPO’s (British Forces Post Office). Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands.

Royal Mail will be our carrier and all orders must be signed for. Orders over £150 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders under £150 will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Larger orders may be split across multiple packages.

Orders placed before 3 pm are dispatched that day.  Orders Made After 3 pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

We can only deliver to your billing address, this is to prevent fraudulent activities.

General Questions

We buy all precious metals – gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and rhodium. We buy these metals in all forms, jewellery, scrap, cutlery, investment pieces, lab equipment, dental metal and more.

You can get a guide price for your items using our scrap calculator. If sending items in the post the price listed on the day we receive the items is the price you will receive not the price on the day you send them.

Yes, we have the equipment to test unhallmarked or broken jewellery and are happy to purchase it
from you.

You do not have to remove the stones from your jewellery. If the stones are valuable, we will consider this when making our valuation of your jewellery. If the stones are not valuable an experienced member of our team will deduct weight relative to the weight of the stones. If we require an accurate weight for an item we will remove the stones.  If you wish to keep the stones in your jewellery we suggest you have them removed before sending the goods to us.

If you are unsure of the weight or carat of your items, you can fill out the form and leave that part blank. When we receive the items a member of our team will weigh and test the items to give our quote.

Yes, we have a large showroom in the heart of Birminham’s famous Jewellery quarter. We also offer complimentary parking for customers in our secure car park at the rear of the store. You can drop in, or call ahead to book an appointment.

Our opening hours are Mon – Fri 9:00 – 5:00 and Saturday 9:30 – 2:30 except for bank holidays. You do not need an appointment, a member of our team will assist you.

We have our own secure car park which is free to use for our customers.

ID is required for anti-fraud and anti-money laundering reasons. All ID is stored in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Payment

We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express or payments over the phone. We accept in store cash payments up to a maximum of £3,000.
