Birmingham Hospice provides vital care, comfort, and support to local families during their most challenging moments. We are proud to partner with them through a transparent donation initiative built directly into our valuation process.
When you submit items for valuation, any costume jewellery, non-precious metals, or silver-plated items are identified in your scrap offer quote (e.g. detailing the exact weight of non-precious items). If you choose not to have these non-precious items returned, we separate them and sell them through our established commercial channels, donating 100% of the proceeds directly to Birmingham Hospice.
If we receive a parcel containing no precious metals at all, we send you an email notifying you immediately, giving you the simple choice to either have the items returned or donate them straight to the hospice.
