The obverse bears the fifth crowned portrait of Queen Elizabeth II right, wearing the George IV State Diadem, legend around. Whilst the reverse features each of the five definitive portraits of Queen Elizabeth II creating a time-line effect, with crowned royal cypher and legend below.
