This pre-owned coin is made in 999.9% fine silver and has a gross weight of 15.71g. The obverse bears the fifth crowned portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Whilst the reverse features the classic, scaly Welsh Dragon originally engraved by Norman Sillman for the 1995 £1 coin. Notably, the design retains the 100 dots around the rim, which originally signified the 100 pence in a pound
